針對(duì)無(wú)水炮泥存在有潮泥，難開(kāi)孔等使用性能不好的情況，我們采取改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)工藝，對(duì)原料及結(jié)合劑進(jìn)行多次脫水，生產(chǎn)出新型無(wú)水泡泥產(chǎn)品。
 

我公司生產(chǎn)的新型無(wú)水炮泥可塑性高于一般的無(wú)水炮泥，粘附性強(qiáng)，耐磨性好，燒結(jié)速度快，鐵口易鉆開(kāi)，主要適用于300m3-2500m,高爐，可做到無(wú)潮泥不擴(kuò)孔，控制鐵水流速，降低炮泥消耗量，保證鐵口深度，改善操作條件。
